2. Subscription Length

   • All plans are based on a 12-month subscription agreement. This ensures consistent, year-round care for your property.

3. Payment Policy

   • All services are prepaid. Payment must be received prior to service delivery.

   • No payment, no service: If payment is not made before the scheduled service, we will pause services until payment is received.

4. Cancel Anytime

   • You may cancel your plan at any time, with no penalties. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid plans.

5. Plan Modifications

   • Plan upgrades or downgrades can be requested at any time. Pricing adjustments will take effect during the next billing cycle.

6. Auto-Renewal

   • To ensure uninterrupted service, your plan will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless canceled prior to renewal.

7. Communication and Scheduling

   • Service schedules and updates will be communicated in advance. Please ensure we have your most up-to-date contact information.

8. Refunds

   • No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
